Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms:

  • By accessing and using gogoldapps.com (“the Website”), or the GoGold Chatbot service at chatbot.gogoldapps.com (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Website or the Service.

2. Intellectual Property:

  • The content, logo, visuals, and other intellectual property on the Website are the exclusive property of GoGold Apps Inc. Unauthorized use of this content is prohibited.

3. Use of Website:

  • The Website is for informational purposes about GoGold Apps Inc and its products. Use of the Service is governed by section 6 below. Any other use is strictly prohibited.

4. Content Accuracy:

  • While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that the content on the Website is always up-to-date or free of errors.

5. Limitation of Liability:

  • GoGold Apps Inc will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or other damages arising from the use of the Website or the Service.

6. GoGold Chatbot Service:

  • Accounts and trials: The Service is offered on a 14-day free trial, one per email address, and then on a paid monthly plan. Every plan has a monthly message limit; once it is reached your chatbot collects contact details instead of answering questions until the next cycle begins.
  • Billing: Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. You may cancel at any time and access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. Fees already paid are not refunded.
  • Your content: You are responsible for the knowledge base content you provide and for having the right to install the chatbot on each website you add. You keep ownership of that content and grant us permission to process it in order to operate the Service.
  • AI-generated answers: Replies are generated by a third-party AI model from the knowledge base you provide. They may be incomplete or wrong, they are not professional advice, and you are responsible for what your chatbot tells your visitors. Review your knowledge base and test your chatbot before publishing it.
  • Acceptable use: Do not use the Service unlawfully or to mislead, do not attempt to overload, probe or reverse-engineer it, and do not configure a chatbot to collect sensitive personal information such as payment card, health or government identifier data.
  • Suspension: We may suspend or disable an account for abuse, non-payment, or any breach of these Terms.

7. Governing Law:

  • These Terms shall be governed by the the laws of Ontario, Canada.

8. Changes to Terms:

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated revision date.
