Will it work on my website platform?
Yes. GoGold Chatbot works with almost every platform, including WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, Webflow, and custom-coded sites. If you can add a single line of code, it will work. You’ll find it ready to copy in your dashboard.

Are there any long-term contracts?
No. GoGold Chatbot is a month-to-month service. You can cancel anytime with no penalty, and your assistant keeps running until the end of the month you’ve paid for.
What happens when the Assistant captures a lead?
You get an instant email notification with the visitor’s details. You can also send every new lead directly to your CRM, Google Sheets, or marketing software by adding a webhook URL in your dashboard (for example with Zapier or Make), so it fits perfectly into your workflow.
What if I change my service details later?
We keep your Assistant updated in two ways. First, our system automatically monitors your website for changes and re-trains the AI when you update content. Second, you can update your assistant’s information anytime from your dashboard, and it uses the new details right away.
