We (GoGold Apps Inc.) does not automatically gather any personal information from you, such as name, phone number, e-mail or street address during your visit to it’s web site. This information is only obtained if you supply it voluntarily, through contacting us via e-mail, feedback forms or verbally by telephone. We do not share this information with anyone except our personnel who may need the information to respond to a request or to ask you for more information. Every reasonable effort will be made to keep your information secure.

We makes no attempt to link this information with the identities of individuals visiting our sites. GoGold Chatbot

Our GoGold Chatbot service is a chat widget that businesses install on their own websites. It handles personal information differently from this website, as follows:

  • What it collects: the messages a visitor types, the address and title of the page the chat was opened from, the detected language of the conversation, and any contact details a visitor chooses to submit through a chatbot form.
  • How it is used: message content is sent to OpenAI to generate the reply. Transcripts and submitted contact details are stored so the business operating the chatbot can read them in its dashboard, and we use Postmark to send it notification emails. We do not sell this information or use it for advertising.
  • Who is responsible: when the chatbot runs on another company’s website, that company decides what is collected and why, and we process it on their behalf as their service provider. If you chatted with a business’s chatbot, please direct requests about your data to that business.
  • Browser storage: the widget keeps a random session identifier in the visitor’s browser so a conversation survives a page reload. It is not an advertising identifier and is not shared with anyone.
  • Retention and deletion: account holders can delete conversations from their dashboard. For any other access or deletion request, email support @ gogoldapps.com.

This site provides you with the opportunity to receive e-mails about our services, promotions or upcoming events. You may opt-out of receiving this information at any time by e-mailing us.
